As someone who’s tested every kind of mattress topper under the sun—memory foam, down alternative, latex, you name it—I’ve developed a bit of a Goldilocks complex. I run hot, I sleep on my side (and stomach, occasionally like a cartoon starfish), and I absolutely cannot deal with that sunken, smothered feeling you get from traditional foam toppers. So when I heard Saatva had a hybrid topper with micro-coils, I was intrigued—but skeptical. Coils? In a topper? Would it feel like sleeping on a trampoline?
