Dr. Roxanne Pero earned her M.D. from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans and completed her residency at the University of Texas Southwestern/Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. She is board-certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. With over a decade of experience in private practice, Dr. Pero specialized in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Infertility, providing care to thousands of women and supporting families through high-risk pregnancies. Currently, Dr. Pero has transitioned from hospital-based care to a more holistic approach. She is a Diplomate and Fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, focusing on therapeutic lifestyle interventions for chronic conditions. Additionally, she is board-certified in Functional Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine. Dr. Pero currently runs a successful practice in Dallas, TX, at Alive & Well Dallas. She is a member of O Positiv's Medical Advisory Board.
